Restriction on Prison Visits

Can anyone shed some light on prisons restricting the visit of family members due to a suspicion that family member had brought drugs into a prison to supply.

PSO 3610 clearly states that this is not correct as suspicion of supply or possession with intent to supply is not enough to warrant a ban. The person must be found in possession of drugs.

Unfortunately the prison is not willing to play ball and will not give information regarding their appeals process. Can this decision be judicially reviewed if they continue to do so?

Any help would be appreciated
